Fantasy Football Tips: 10 Best Goalscoring Options For 2014-15

6. Yaya Toure

Like a vintage wine, Yaya Toure appears to get better with age. The Manchester City midfielder may well be 31 but his advancing years and ageing limbs didn't stop him from putting in the best performance of his career so far last season. The City star scored an incredible 20 Premier League goals in 35 appearances to help fire his side to Premier League glory. As such, those performances have seen the Ivorian's market value in Fantasy Football skyrocket from last season to a wallet-busting £11 million. That's a princely sum to pay for a midfielder but Toure is among only a handful of players in his position who are worth loosening the purse strings on. The former Barcelona man was a machine last term and was quite literally the driving force behind his side's title-winning campaign. Dubbed a "human train" by some pundits, Toure bombs forward with lung-bursting runs and always gets himself involved in attacking moves, making him a likely scorer of goals. The Ivorian is again expected to lead City's midfield this season and if he can replicate the form that saw him named in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year for 2013€“14, £11 million is something of a snip. Value: £11 million
