1. Ross Barkley (Chelsea) - £6m

Under Maurizio Sarri, it was impossible to know whether Ross Barkley was going to be a regular starter for Chelsea - the Italian often rotating Barkley with Mateo Kovacic.

If pre-season is anything to go by though, new Chelsea boss Frank Lampard views Barkley as a far more pivotal part of the Chelsea first team than Sarri ever did.

Since moving to Stamford Bridge for £15 million in 2018, Barkley's form has been a mixed bag due to being in and out of the Chelsea team. Should he indeed become a nailed-on starter for Lampard's Blues, he represents an absolute bargain in terms of Fantasy Football.

At just £6 million, Barkley could become a must-have Fantasy player if he's a regular starter in the Chelsea team this season. With the possibility of assists, goals and bonus points high, a fit and playing Ross Barkley has the potential to be one of the biggest midfield points-earners in the game for 2019/20.
