Tom Ince looks certain to leave current club Blackpool before the closure of the transfer window at 23:00 GMT tonight. The 22-year-old has been given permission by the Championship club to hold talks with a series of Premier League sides over a potential transfer and has already met a string of top-tier outfits. These include Crystal Palace, Sunderland and Stoke City, while Swansea recently retracted their interest. Ince has not played for Blackpool in either of their last two games since his father, Paul, was sacked as manager of the Tangerines on January 21. And with a transfer looking likely, Liverpool could make a late bid to sign their former player. Ince began his career at Anfield as a youth team player but didn't make a senior appearance for the Reds and was loaned out to Notts County before being sold to Blackpool in 2011. And if the Merseysiders were to make their interest known, they would surely become favourites for his signature given their league standing and European aspirations. Ince has been one of the stand-out young performers in English football recently and his 18 Championship goals last season saw him named Football League Young Player of the Year for 2013.
