Throughout his managerial career, Louis van Gaal has earned a reputation as a stern disciplinarian. Johan Cruyff once likened him to "Adolf Hitler" and the Dutchman will accept nothing less than 100% commitment from his players when he takes over at Manchester United. This much came out during his press conference this afternoon, with van Gaal making one message very clear - It's my way or the highway. "It's very important that there is a click between the players and the manager," the former Barcelona manager warned, perhaps ominously. Van Gaal has had problems with his players before, and when such problems have surfaced, he has not shirked away from confronting his dressing room. Once, while at Bayern Munich, he is alleged to have dropped his trousers and pants to "show he had the balls" to drop any player who wasn't performing.
