2. Jurgen Klopp
After leaving Mainz in 2008 for Borussia Dortmund, Jurgen Klopp has transformed the Westphalien club into undoubtedly one of Europe's most feared teams, which now sees them as the current Bundesliga champions and also vying with Spanish side Malaga for a place in the Champions' League semi finals, being many people's dark horses to win the whole competition. His reputation has boomed in the last eighteen months to now almost being a household name, and he would certainly be a good fit for Manchester City. The enthusiastic German has got his current team playing scintillating football and, if it weren't for the almost perfect Bayern Munich, they would be running away with their domestic league. However, he has his teams producing this incredible form by barely spending a penny- only one player in Dortmund's current favoured starting XI cost over £4 million, and that is winger Marco Reus, who started off at the club. It is a feat rarely seen in modern day football in Europe, a squad built on such a budget. Just think what he just might be able to achieve at City.
