Man City Transfers: Ranking Manuel Pellegrini's Signings From Worst To Best

1. Alvaro Negredo - £28 Million From Sevilla

Alvaro Negredo Another import from Sevilla is Alvaro Negredo, who arrived at City earlier this summer in a £28 million deal. The 28-year-old has already begun proving his worth to the Citizens despite the fact he has yet to feature for an entire 90 minutes for his new club. Still, two goals in three appearances suggest Negredo is going to settle down just fine at the Etihad, and keep the goals flowing following the departures of Mario Balotelli and Carlos Tevez. Negredo was the fourth-highest goalscorer in La Liga last season, just behind the likes of Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Radamel Falcao, and if he can continue that form, he will be a terrific signing for City. He has thus far been kept out of the side by Edin Dzeko, who has been preferred up front alongside Sergio Aguero, but expect this to change very soon. Do you agree with our choices?
