Man Utd Transfers: 10 Flops Who Must Follow David Moyes Out Of Old Trafford

7. Luis Nani

Nani has been living a charmed existence at Old Trafford and is stuttering through yet another less-than-impressive campaign at the Premier League champions. True enough injury has often stunted his growth - a serious hamstring injury has limited the Portuguese international to just 81 minutes of league football since December. But when he does play he fails to get the pulses racing, his anonymous run-out against Everton last week further summing up the frustration long held by United fans toward the midfielder. Nani was expected to be farmed out on loan to Juventus back in January until injury wrecked those plans, but he will surely leave - temporarily or permanently - at the end of the season after an abject seven years in Manchester that promised much but delivered precious little. The wide man has only scored four goals in 33 total appearances for United since 2012 and would be lucky to live out the new five-year contract extension he penned last September with the club seeking to overhaul their laboured midfield in the upcoming transfer window.
