Man Utd Transfers: 10 Players To Replace Louis Van Gaal's Outcasts

2. Angelo Henriquez

To Replace: Javier Hernandez If Manchester United do lose poacher Javier Hernandez this summer, they need not dip into the transfer market for a replacement. Considering they also have Danny Welbeck, Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie at their disposal, manager Louis van Gaal doesn't necessarily have to sign a successor to 'Chicharito'. He may already have a ready-made replacement in youngster Angelo Henriquez, signed from Chilean outfit Universidad de Chile in 2012 by Sir Alex Ferguson. Henriquez hasn't yet made an appearance for United's senior side, and has spent each of his first two seasons at the club so far out on loan with Wigan Athletic and recently Zaragoza. At the latter however he impressed, scoring six goals in 25 appearances for the Segunda DivisiĆ³n side, and he could stay at United and fight for his place this summer. Van Gaal pulled the plug on Henriquez's planned permanent transfer to Universidad recently and will give the starlet a chance to prove his worth. If Hernandez is sold, we could well see the Chile international pressed into first-team action this season.
