Man Utd vs Arsenal - 5 Reasons Why Gunners' Undefeated Streak Will End

4. Robin Van Persie

A reason all by himself! The former Gunner shocked fans in the summer of 2012 by becoming the first player for 25 years to sign for the Red Devils. The Dutchman further rubbed salt into the wounds by grabbing two goals in the two league games against Arsenal last season, with the game at Old Trafford ending in a 2-1 win for United. The 30-year-old already has six goals in nine appearances for the Red Devils this season, with half of those coming at Old Trafford, and has formed an excellent partnership with England's Wayne Rooney for David Moyes' side, proving his £24 million price tag was a bargain for the champions. With the Gunners decidedly light on the striker front the stage is set once more for RVP and everyone expects the Holland international to grab the headlines again and show Wenger what his side is missing.
