Sammy Ameobi's frustrating start to his loan spell in south Wales continued on Tuesday night as he was an unused substitute during Cardiff City's 1-1 draw at Ewood Park against Blackburn Rovers. The winger is yet to start a Championship game for the Bluebirds, and he was forced to watch on as Grant Hanley struck late to cancel out Joe Mason's goal and deny Cardiff all three points.
