Newcastle Transfers: 10 Dream Goalscoring Options Pardew Musn't Ignore

8. Abel Hernandez

Abel Hernandez handed Newcastle a massive boost in their attempts to sign him this summer by revealing he dreams about a move to the north east. Hernandez was in hot form last season, with his 14 league goals helping to propel Palermo into Serie A at the first time of asking following their relegation 12 months ago. And he revealed back in February that he could one day see himself playing for the Magpies. The Mag recently reported that his next career move could be to either Newcastle... Or Real Madrid. Hernandez was quoted as saying: 'I dream of Newcastle, Real (Madrid) or Atletico (Madrid) for the future€™. Hernandez came close to leaving Palermo last year following their relegation from Italy's topflight but stayed because he felt he owed it to the fans. Now that his side have re-established themselves in Serie A, he is no longer duty bound to stay. Real have an aforementioned embarrassment of attacking riches, so a move to the Bernabeu seems unlikely, and a bid this summer could be enough to tempt him to England instead.
