4. Luuk De Jong
It's no secret that Luuk De Jong has
been linked with Newcastle United. Having failed to pry the young Dutchman away from FC Twente in the summer transfer window, De Jong finally signed for German outfit Borussia Mönchengladbach. His playing time however has been restricted, and has been often overlooked for large parts of the season so far. With Mönchengladbach signing seven time capped Dutch international for 15 million, it's unlikely that Newcastle could sign him for anything less than that. Also, I doubt his club would want to left him go anyway. Though, this does not mean Alan Pardew could swoop in with a loan offer. The youngster has bags of talent, and I'm sure his parent club would love for him to get some playing time.
