Saint-Etienne striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is one of Europe's move in-form strikers this season and his goal haul of 20 strikes in 37 appearances has helped put him on the radar for the likes of Newcastle and Arsenal, who are set to
go head to head in the battle for the prolific marksman's signature. At £10 million, the Gabonese star is a relative snip compared to most strikers on the transfer market today, and his pace and power make him the ideal replacement for Demba Ba. If Pardew wants to wrap a deal up for the forward however, he will have to act fast with Arsenal also in the hunt for a replacement for Robin van Persie at the Emirates.
