1. Tom Ince

Newcastle could very well take advantage and snap up the youngster. Ince is apparently available relatively cheaply, at just £4 million so fits Newcastle's transfer strategy very well. Ince would add huge things to Newcastle's game, able to play as part of a 4-3-3 he adds pace, creativity and goals with 13 in the Championship this season. His age also makes him a huge asset, at just 20 he could play for Newcastle for years to come. Most important is this season for now though and playing in the division. If Ince did come to Newcastle, it remains to be seen whether he would start but for now he would be a fantastic asset to have, whether starting or coming off the bench as an impact sub, tiring defences would not welcome the sight of the pacy youngster.
