Another potential signing could be Manchester Citys Scott Sinclair. Pardew has spoken in recent weeks about the lack of an English core at the club and the fact that Sinclair could come in and provide that. The former Swansea man has endured a torrid time at The Etihad making just eleven league appearances and not managing a single goal. It now looks that his Manchester hell could be over.
The Express are reporting that Newcastle, West Brom and Southampton are all interested in the winger and a tussle could be on the cards to capture the still highly rated player. Despite it being believed that West Brom lead the way Newcastle are very much in contention. Pardew has spoken in recent weeks of
requiring more English players at the club and with Newcastle lacking a bit of creativity out wide, Sinclair could fit the bill perfectly.
