NFL Draft: Top 10 Steals

8. C Brian Schwenke, Tennessee Titans

Round 4, Pick 107 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQyeOUq0cVU I believe Brian Schwenke is a diamond in the rough. He first caught my attention at the Senior Bowl where he showed quick feet and good power to move the defender away from the hole. In one off-season the Tennessee Titans have completely turned around their offensive line by adding Schwenke and Chance Warmack via draft and signing Andy Levitre in free agency. They have now given Chris Johnson the opportunity to get back where is once was, a legitimate ball carrier. There were some questions surrounding Schwenke if he could anchor the center position against big nose tackles. He proved that he could at the Senior Bowl by dominating the point of attack. The way Schwenke uses his hands is incredible. He throws punches to his opponents chest to keep himself balanced and never reaches which causes most offensive lineman to lose the battle inside. He is also a versatile interior offensive lineman since he has a lot of experience playing guard and center. If Schwenke can perform in training camp like he did at the Senior Bowl, there will be no doubt he'll have a great shot at being a day 1 starter.
