Europa League runners-up Benfica, go into the group stages as the number one seeds for Group C, however I think they will find it very tough to top the group. Last year's quarter finalists PSG with all their financial investment, and managed by French legend Laurent Blanc, will be aiming to top the group in order to have an easier fixture in the last 16. I cannot foresee Olympiacos causing the top two seeds much trouble, and neither will Belgian Champions Anderlecht, who historically have a poor record in the Champions League. I believe that the top two of this group is pretty much decided already, however it will be interesting to see who goes through in first place. The key games will be PSG v Benfica home and away. If either side can take 4 points from those games then I feel they will be the ones to top the group.
