Premier League: 10 INSANE Things We Didn't Expect To Happen This Season

8. Frank Lampard Not Getting New Contract

Over 600 appearances for Chelsea, arguably one of the best midfielders of this season's Premier League and but one goal shy of equalling Bobby Tambling's all-time goal record of 202 strikes, it looks as though Frank Lampard will be left to look for a new club in the summer when his contract with the Blues runs out at the end of the season. Still more than capable of playing at the top, it looks like Chelsea want rid of him. Mental.
