2. Eden Hazard to Chelsea - £32 Million
This man is perhaps the most exciting young player to grace the pitch since the arrival of Lionel Messi. Comparisons to Cristiano Ronaldo have drawn with Eden Hazard and if that is not a compliment I fail to see what is. He already has 5 Premier League assists to his name and appears to be unstoppable after viewing his first two EPL matches, granted they were against inferior opposition. After being awarded Young Player and Player of the season in the past two years in France, everybody thought Hazard was set for a move to one of the two Manchester clubs, however he shocked the footballing world and signed for European Champions Chelsea, a move which should not really shock people, however it did. Hazard's key is his low centre of gravity. He can move so fast with the ball at his feet and can turn on a sixpence, just ask Wigan defender Ivan Ramis. If Hazard continues to improve at Chelsea then he will go on to become one of the best players in world football without doubt.
