Like Lallana, Barkley couples his immense talent and skill on the ball with a wonderful turn of speed and boundless energy, and looks set to be part of the England setup for years to come. Despite being only 19-years-old, Barkley could even now command a move to a European club if he was so inclined, and his performances as the playmaker in a very creative Everton side has won him many plaudits this season. Martinez looks set to use him more and more as the season progresses, and the two-footed genius is also set to win a place at the World Cup next year, which will only increase his reputation.
