Premier League Predictions: Who Will Finish In The Top Half?

9th: Liverpool

Results haven't always gone their way this season, and you can say what you like about Luis Suarez (go on, all the cool kids are doing it), but you rule Liverpool out at your own peril. This season was always going to be one to chalk off as the team became used to a new style of play, but actually, it's not all doom and gloom. The passing game is easy to pick up, yet difficult to master, but luckily they have players like Gerrard who already know how to find a player. I'm also a massive advocate of bringing through the younger players and blooding them early. Players such as Sterling and Suso have come on leaps and bounds already. Don't forget that Liverpool have a rather young squad anyway. Shelvey. Henderson. Kelly. Wisdom is getting a few games as well now. Avid Reds fans will also be awaiting a string of matches for Conor Coady, who is tipped to have that special something, and if my Football Manager save is anything to go by, he really does. They are too reliant on Suarez, although this practically goes without saying. I can't help but feel they need a proper winger to help him out. Not a half-and-half like Borini, who went missing in games far too much for my liking, but someone who can score as well as deliver, and if recent transfer rumours are anything to go by, Sturridge is your man.
