8th: West Bromwich Albion
West Brom have been a revelation under Steve Clarke this season, pulling out huge results since the very first game of the season. Most people, including myself though it pains me to admit it, ruled them out when Roy Hodgson left. A dark moment after a few pints and I even tipped them for relegation, but luckily for Baggies fans, they've gone from strength to strength under their new boss. Clarke has massively impressed in his own right, stepping into some limelight of his own as makes the step up from assistant manager. Clarke has got them playing as a unit, solid at the back and united going forward. Most of the time they only concede one, if any, and have scored just under 30 goals in the league despite their top scorers being on 7 and 6. They are by no means a one man show, unlike some teams. From Merseyside. They play in red. No? The Baggies managed tenth last season, and they must have felt on top of the world. When they finish higher than that this season, they'll have have done so through sheer force of will.
