3. Junior Hoilett
Junior Hoilett has often been regarded as a quality player by pundits - an effective dribbler above all else, that often leaves full-backs for dead. The Canadian is also a proficient crosser of the ball and in the past has scored a fair share of quality goals. I have always felt that he would perform effectively for a top-level club, following the relegation of his former club Blackburn. But, instead he ended up at QPR, and is facing the reality of being relegated from the Premier League for the second year running. Would a club be willing to take the chance on a player that may be a bad omen for a club's chances for safety? Well, he appears talented enough to ensure that he doesn't have to perform for a club that battles relegation every year, and he is young enough to come back from these early disappointments in his career to become a success with a new club next year.
