Real Madrid Next Manager: 5 Potential Replacements For Zinedine Zidane

5. Massimiliano Allegri

Since joining Juventus from AC Milan in 2014, Massimiliano Allegri has won four consecutive Serie A titles with the Turin giants. That makes a mockery of the fact he was relieved of his duties at the San Siro just three years on from winning the Scudetto in 2011; that, by the way, remains Milan's last triumph.

A relatively calm presence on the sidelines, similar to the figure Zidane cut at Real, Allegri has the presence to succeed in Spain. He may wish to stay and chase Champions League glory with Juve, sure, but the Madrid gig may prove too tempting for him to turn down.

Besides, it's practically assured that Real will be therein thereabouts for Europe's top prize next season.

Having dominated the Italian game for years now, Allegri may fancy a new challenge. He'd definitely find that in Madrid, because the pressure to succeed is even more intense than it is in Serie A. Don't bet against Allegri, especially now that the Arsenal job (one he was heavily linked to) has been filled.
