The Newcastle stopper did very little wrong at Bramall Lane, but he was still beaten twice. However, there was nothing Krul could do about either goal - one being a thunderbolt from outside the area, the other where he was left completely exposed by his wandering back four. In fact, Krul did well to deny Che Adams in the 36th minute after he originally dived the wrong way. The Dutchman somehow managed to re-position his body and get a big right hand to the Sheffield Utd striker's shot and divert it around the post. Undoubtedly he will be asking his defence questions about where they disappeared to for Sheff Utd's first equaliser...
