Southampton 2-3 Spurs: Premier League Player Ratings

Steven Davis: Played 70 minutes before being subbed. Northern Ireland international was solid like his colleagues, but seldom made telling contributions. 5/10.

Adam Lallana: Scored a precise opener and assisted Lambert's leveller. The best Southampton player by a long chalk today. A bigger club will come in for him if he continues to play like this. 7.5/10.

Rickie Lambert: Had an easy tap in to bring Saints level at 2-2, but gave Dawson and Chiriches few problems in open play. Needed more support centrally. 5.5/10.

Jay Rodriguez: Another quiet display by this versatile forward. Doesn't seem to turn it on in big games. Will need that to change if his England ambitions are to be realized. 5/10.

Subs: James Ward-Prowse: Booked for cynical foul on Danny Rose. 4.5/10.

Gaston Ramirez: Only had 20 minutes and added practically nothing. Rating 3.5/10.

Sam Gallagher: Got the last 10 minutes and had one shot from a tight angle saved. Rating N/A.
