Spurs Transfers: 11 Signings Mauricio Pochettino Must Make Immediately
4. Loic Remy
Current Club: Queens Park Rangers One player who could find himself in limbo, should his parent club Queens Park Rangers fail to reach the Premier League via the Championship play-offs, is Frenchman Loic Remy. The striker has been linked with Spurs for some time, but initially chose to move to Queens Park Rangers before spending last season on loan at Newcastle United after Rangers were relegated. Even if the Loftus Road club find themselves back in the top flight next season, Remy will arguably consider them too small a club for a man of his abilities to play for. He has been brilliant in the Premier League since his arrival in England, having scored several goals in vain during their relegation dogfight and having scored 14 goals this season for the Toon Army. Spurs need those goals and a proven Premier League striker like Remy fits the bill. He was recently seen at an Arsenal match, which caused understandable speculation that he was set to sign for the Gunners - Spurs' biggest rivals - but those rumours have been quashed. Pochettino should, therefore, make a move for the player in order to fix Spurs' scoring problems immediately.
