Andre Villas-Boas wants to bring the Argentinian striker to White Hart Lane for the remainder of the season. Lopez enjoyed a prolific season for the French outfit last term, banging in 25 goals in 43 appearances, helping them to glory in the Coupe de France. AVB reportedly wants the forward on-loan initially, with a view to making the move more permanent. The Portuguese manager however has insisted in the past that he is content with the forwards he has at his disposal, despite the aforementioned absences of Defoe and Adebayor.
