The Premier League certainly lost one of the best British players when Gareth Bale elected to move to Spain, so it seems to be logical for another great British talent to be signed as a replacement. Blackpools Tom Ince is what you would probably describe as a more orthodox winger. The player is capable of being utilized either as a left or right winger, but shown his best form this season on the right. The importance of this transfer may actually stretch beyond that of Spurs transfer activity as we also need to consider England. The 21-year-old hasnt yet made his full England debut, but many people would consider him the perfect replacement for the injured Theo Walcott. Ince is one of those players that has almost equal ability to score goals as well as creating them; this is shown by the seven goals and six assists that he has delivered this season. Further attacking stats on the player includes 2.7 shots, 2.2 key passes and 1.5 dribbles per match; he also managed an average rating of 7.08 for Championship performances this season. However, it should be mentioned that Ince is very much a player in demand. In fact, his next move may not even be to the Premier League with big-spending French club Monaco considering a bid for the player, but if that move was on the cards its appears it wouldnt happen until the summer.
