1. Christian Eriksen (Ajax)
Eriksen is a 21 year old Danish midfielder who plays for Ajax and has already firmly established himself at international level having earned 36 caps, scoring 3 goals. He would be a much more versatile alternative to a player like Aaron Lennon, playing in a trio behind the lone striker or in the attacking trio in a 4-3-3. This would enable Lennon to rotate and occasionally play as an impact substitute which is something he can be very effective as, given his electric pace. Spurs are reportedly already tracking the midfield maestro, along with other English clubs such as Liverpool, and could have a fight on their hands to land him, but he would be a fantastic signing who wouldnt put too much of a dent in the bank balance.
