Spurs vs Chelsea: 5 Greatest London Derbies

5. 2010 - Arsenal 2 Tottenham 3

Modric I hate to admit it, but our poor neighbours cemented their places as our closest rivals with the win in 2010 at the Emirates. The debate had been waging for years as to the gap between Arsenal and Spurs, the latter having come close to a Champions League spot on several occasions. The huge importance of this game was that Arsenal had not been beaten at home by Spurs for 17 years prior to this match. That stat speaks for itself in that we did have a huge level of dominance in that time, but also that we had become complacent in thinking they could never finish above us in the league. Funnily enough out of all the scorers that day only Younes Kaboul remains at his club, with Nasri, Chamakh, Van der Vaart and of course Bale moving on to pastures new.
