Sunderland have yet to dip their toe into the Premier Leagues loan market at this point in the transfer window, but as weve seen over the years that can sometimes remain the case until the final day of business. This was originally going to be simply a top ten of players who Sunderland have had the privilege to loan over the years. It may have included one or two players who never really showed their all on Wearside though made the list look good. But then remembering players for virtually every position it became a team, one which Black Cats fans would have no doubt loved to have seen constructed together at once. As with all clubs there have been hits and misses, ups and downs as far as loans have gone. Players have made it here only to grow frustrated back at their clubs with the odd one really making the grade. One or two deals were agreed beforehand, and players would have signed but for circumstances dictating a different path. In some cases, of course, more should have been done to bring them permanently to the Stadium of Light, and those ones will be easy to spot.
