Gus Poyet's style with sides is to play the game from the back and expose their opponents through intricate passes. When defending however, the key is to press and squeeze the other side back in to their half, force mistakes and try get them to start again from the goalkeeper, that is how Sunderland should approach the game if they lose possession. City are known to go hard when they are on the counter, especially with the monster that is Yaya Toure leading the attack. Not only can he create goals but he can score some also. If Sunderland can put the pressure on and keep him quiet, out goes their rhythm as well as a lot of frustration. Do you think that Sunderland could frustrate Manchester City via these five points?
