3. Peter Odemwingie
Peter Odemwingie looks almost certain to leave West Brom this summer after his
transfer deadline day madness back in January left him frozen out of the first team squad and cast to the wilderness. Swans manager Michael Laudrup wants to sign another striker next season to help his side cope with an increased fixture schedule next season, which will take in Europa League ties. The Uzbekistan-born striker has also attracted interest this summer from the three newly-promoted Premier League sides, Hull, Cardiff and Crystal Palace. Along with
interest from Swansea, it looks as though the 31-year-old will finally be granted a transfer away from the Hawthorns. Odemwingie, who was eligible to play internationally for Kazakhstan, Russia and Uzbekistan, opted to play for Nigeria and has been capped 55 times by the Super Eagles. He turns 32 later this month and his advancing years coupled with the fact he has just one year left on his current deal at West Brom means he could be available for a knock-down fee of just £3 million. Odemwingie has scored 31 goal for the Baggies in 89 appearances since moving from Lokomotiv Moscow in 2010.
