The all South American clash in Fortaleza on Friday in truth is all about two players, Brazil€™s poster Neymar and the tournament's leading goals scorer James Rodriguez.

Neymar has been Brazil€™s shining light in this tournament and if you take Neymar out of Brazil they look very ordinary. But luckily for Brazil, Neymar is extraordinary. So far he has scored four goals after braces against Croatia and Cameroon leading the hosts to finish top of their groups. Neymar carried on in the same vein against Chile with his running at the back line leading to all sorts of problems and the composure for his crucial penalty was sublime.

With Falcao out of this World Cup, James Rodriguez has taken it upon himself to lead what has been an impressive Columbia side to the last eight. The thing about Rodriguez is the range of goals he scores; a header, a delicate chip, some well worked team goals and a thumping volley; which has led him to the top of the scoring charts.

There is no doubt that whichever of these players performs the better their side will be the one that progresses through to the semi-finals. Although the Columbian defence has looked rather solid through the tournament, Neymar will fancy his chances against veteran centre-back Yepes who if he can manage to isolate him in one on ones the pace of the Brazilian could be very effective. James Rodriguez will orchestrate the Columbian attack against a defence that has at times looked vulnerable with the attacking full backs not showing the enthusiasm in defending.

This game will be tight and a moment of brilliance from these teams talisman will settle this Quarter Final.
