David has landed his fair share of iconic parts in his time but that also means he's also lost out on some, too. In 2011 he was in talks to appear in Disney's remake of the 1968 animated comedy Yellow Submarine (it's inspired by the music of The Beatles, if you hadn't guessed from the title) as the voice of one of the Blue Meanies who are basically an army of fierce, buffoonish, music-hating creatures.
