Borussia Dortmund's most talented discovery of the last decade, Robert Lewandowski came to Signal Iduna Park in 2010 as an up-and-comer 22-year old from Poland with bags of talent.

He was merely a substitute to Lucas Barrios in his debut season as Der BVB won the Bundesliga, but had shown tremendous promise and established himself as the new first-choice striker the following year as Lewandowski was instrumental in helping the team clinch the 'domestic double' in 2012.

Even though the Borussen couldn't pick up any major silverware after that, and even lost out in the Champions League final, the striker proved he's the real deal and soon enough, Bayern Munich came calling.

The Pole left with 103 goals from 187 appearances in all competitions across four highly successful years and ever since, has become even more ruthless. He's netted another 230 times and is currently the most prolific player active in Bundesliga's history.
