10 Darkest Days In Alan Pardew's Newcastle United Career

4. Newcastle 0-6 Liverpool

Date: 27th April 2013 If the 4-0 loss to Southampton this year was the moment this term when Pardew should have gone, the 2012/13 season's lowest point came when Liverpool rocked up to St. James' without Luis Suarez and ripped the team apart. Pardew's men crumbled without so much as a whimper, letting Liverpool inflict the worst top-flight loss at home since September 1925. And at the end of the day, the only positive was that Liverpool somehow managed not to make it double figures. Somewhat hilariously, Pardew claimed the devastating fall apart wasn't like one of his teams.
