9. Kenny Dalglish
Scotland's joint top goalscorer of all time with Dennis Law, and possibly the most gifted Scottish player of all time. Started his playing career with Celtic, and moved to Liverpool where he was bought as a replacement for Kevin Keegan. He won everything possible as a player with Liverpool, and when Joe Fagan resigned in 1985, became player-manager, winning 3 league titles, and then moved to Blackburn, and won the title there too. Spells at Newcastle and Celtic in various roles followed, with limited success, before he returned to Liverpool initially as caretaker manager, and stayed for a year and a half before a poor 2011/12 season resulted in him being sacked. 10.Owen Coyle
Although born in Scotland, Coyle opted to represent Ireland at international level. He spent a playing career between Scotland and England, and his managerial career has mirrored this. Coyle's teams have a reputation for being exciting to watch, sometimes playing an open style which can be exposed. He is well thought of in the Scottish and English press, was unfortunate to see his Bolton team decimated with injuries last season, which ultimately led to their relegation from the EPL. What are your thoughts? Is there anyone that should have been on this list that isn't?
