10 Players Who Will Rule Premier League In 2020/21

4. Mohammed Salah (Liverpool)

Liverpool's definite one season wonder crowned off his third campaign at Anfield with a Premier League winners medal and 29 goals and assists to his name. Having only played 2,904 minutes across four fewer games this campaign in comparison to the 2018/19 season, Salah's 19 goals at an xG of +1.66 is actually only behind his absurd debut season in terms of being clinical.

What has also noticeably improved across Salah's game however is his selfishness in front of goal. His 10 assists is two ahead of his tally for 2018/19 campaign and his 1.86 key passes per game represents his best performance since his final season with AS Roma.

Mohammed Salah is undoubtedly one of the finest players in his position and still an irreplaceable cog in Jurgen Klopp's machine, something that will be enough to see him at the top of the scoring charts again throughout the 2020/21 season. Whilst he essentially comes as a part of a trio with Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane these days, his lightning pace and eye for the spectacular always sees him emerge as the one forward player in this Liverpool side fans remember the most.
