Time At Spurs: 2008-2012. Positions: Winger, Attacking Midfielder, Striker. Giovani dos Santos was like the Erik Lamela of his era at White Hart Lane. The Mexican joined from Barcelona - albeit for a much smaller fee than the Argentinian - with big expectations on his shoulders. However, he barely played in his four years at Spurs and never found the net in a Premier League game. That said, he could actually play absolutely anywhere across the front line and perhaps he wasn't given a fair shot at the club, as he is certainly making a go of his career back in Spain with Villarreal.
