Arsenal: 5 Reasons Gunners Will Get Back On Track Against Villa

3. The Luck Of The Fixture Draw

Emirates Imagine you were Arsene Wenger at Arsenal€™s training ground on Wednesday morning looking for any positives after Tuesday night. Faced with the proposition of playing any team in the next fixture then surely the prospect of Aston Villa visiting the Emirates on Saturday afternoon might have brought a tiny smile to your weary face. Villa€™s season under Paul Lambert has been abject to say the least and they face the next few months before the end of the season constantly battling relegation. Although Villa€™s recent crucial home win against West Ham United will have given them much needed confidence, the two week break between League games won€™t have helped maintain that momentum. Given results away from Villa Park this season have been equally poor then even the most fervent Villa fan must dread the trip to North London. That being said with pressure mounting every time they play at home and with their two away wins this season coming at the Stadium of Light and Anfield then the Villa may not be quite the pushover expected.
