As suggested by some of the previous entries in this article, it's not uncommon for players to be shown the door once they're well into their 30s. However, Tomas Rosicky rejects this notion completely. Arsene Wenger has afforded the veteran less than an hour of football so far this term, and although the Czech international is certainly one of the elder statesmen in the Gunners squad, he doesn't believe his lack of action is justified. Rosicky, who is a single cap shy of 100th senior appearance for the national team, insists his body is showing no signs of physical decline despite being in the latter years of his career. Even if he has lost a yard of pace and his legs are feeling heavier, a player of his creative quality would be an asset to most sides. Despite his positive attitude, Wenger seems intent on bringing through a new cohort of talent in his midfield, and the veteran playmaker could be forced to move on in search of regular match time. Probability: 8/10 Who do you think Arsenal will sign up or show the exit door this January? Share your thoughts in the comments section.
