How sweet it would be for Arsenal fans if their club could 'do a Manchester City' and snatch away a player from Etihad Stadium. City have notoriously made a habit of signing players from the Gunners and have done so five times over the last few years with Bacary Sagna following the likes of Gael Clichy, Kolo Toure, Emmanuel Adebayor and Samir Nasri to the Citizens earlier this summer. So it would be refreshing if the boot was on the other foot for a change and Arsenal took a leaf out of their rival's book. Matija Nastasic is on the fringes at City at present with the centre-back making just 13 Premier League appearances last season, of which he started only 10. And with Eliaquim Mangala arriving from Porto this week, first team opportunities are again expected to be scarce for the Serbian in 2014-15. It's difficult to envisage a future for Nastasic at the Etihad beyond this summer and Arsene Wenger would be wise to make a swoop for the 21-year-old, who has crucial Premier League experience having been a part of City's title winning team last season. The former Fiorentina man would provide experienced cover for Koscielny and would be a more than able replacement for Vermaelen.
