recently and the tough-tackling, all action centre-back is exactly the type of player the Gunners have been screaming out for for years. The 6ft 1 defender would lend Arsenal a domineering presence in the air when dealing with set pieces and an imposing figure in the style of Campbell at the back. Alongside 6ft 6" Per Mertesacker, Arsenal would have a centre-back pair similar to Manchester United's Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic in their prime.
