Arsenal Transfers: 5 Players Arsene Wenger Could Spend Big On This Summer

1. Robert Lewandowski

Ever since losing Robin van Persie, Arsenal have lacked an out-and-out proven goalscorer. The likes of Podolski, Giroud and Gervinho simply haven't filled the Dutchman's shoes and that's perhaps one of the reasons why the Gunners are so far behind Manchester United at present. It's practically imperative that Arsene Wenger goes out and buys a new forward in the summer and if he has the money to do so, there's really little excuse for not obliging. Arsenal have been linked with Borussia Dortmund's Robert Lewandowski recently, with the Polish international also a target for Manchester United. His contract runs out with Dortmund next summer and he has recently expressed his desire to leave the club, and there's no doubting he'd be a fine asset in Wenger's side. Lewandowski has bagged 29 goals in 40 appearances for Jurgen Klopp's side this season and could provide the raft of goals Arsenal have so distinctly lacked since losing Van Persie. Who should Arsenal sign this summer? Let us know in the comment section, below.
