2. David Villa

David Villa was heavily linked with a move to Arsenal back in January but his club Barcelona refused to sell. The Spaniard, who is his country's all-time leading goalscorer, continues to be linked with a move away from the Nou Camp with both Arsenal and Spurs thought to be interested, and the 31-year-old
recently said he'd make no decision on his future until after the Confederations Cup, which ended on Sunday. Now, it's decision time, and the 14 million-rated star must make up his mind as to where he will be playing football next season. The Gunners see him as the ideal replacement for Robin van Persie, who quit North London for Manchester United last summer. Spurs want to bring him in to ease some of the goal-scoring burden on their top-scorer last season, Gareth Bale. Both look set for a shoot-out for the player's signature, and the Gunners will be hoping to beat their derby rivals to the punch.
