Chelsea Transfers - 5 Flops Jose Mourinho Has To Ditch This Summer
3. Ramires
Another Brazilian who could be beating a hasty retreat for the Stamford Bridge exit door this season is Ramires. Ramires has just endured a difficult season in west London that culminated in him being slammed for elbowing Sunderland's Seb Larsson and may have already played his last game for the Blues. His stats aren't great. The South American has suffered from concentration lapses at times, gifting away possession 56 times this season under no pressure at all and, while his supporters will point to his high energy levels, that has largely been spent chasing after balls he shouldn't have lost to begin with. More worrying is his disciplinary record. Ramires's 79 fouls show that he struggles to win the ball back fairly while his aforementioned elbowing of Larsson casts Chelsea in a very poor light indeed. Upon the Blues' Champions League exit to Atletico Madrid earlier this season, fans took to Twitter to call for him to be sold, and may well get their wish with Barcelona preparing a bid.
