Chelsea Transfers - 5 Flops Jose Mourinho Has To Ditch This Summer

1. Fernando Torres

Perhaps the biggest culprit of Chelsea's dire strike record this season however is Fernando Torres, who has suffered yet another underwhelming campaign at Stamford Bridge. Signed from Liverpool for a British transfer record £50 million in 2011, only rarely has the Spaniard looked like justifying the price tag, failing to hit a double-figure league goal tally in his three-and-a-half seasons with the Blues so far. Torres has managed just the 20 Premier League goals in 110 topflight outings which is well and truly dire, and his return of five from 28 appearances last season has to be the final straw. The arrival of Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid this summer will either revive Torres or ram him down the pecking order, and based off recent form, the smart money is on the latter. Jose Mourinho's patience in the 30-year-old misfit might have just ran out. Chelsea fans - do you agree? Who do you think Jose Mourinho needs to get rid of this summer?
