3. Geoffrey Kondogbia
The young Sevilla star is another potential La Liga target
identified by Jose Mourinho this summer despite the fact the French international only moved to Spain from Lens last summer. He has been scouted extensively by the Blues in the past and has now emerged as a £10 million target. The defensive midfielder was a mainstay in the Sevilla team last season, making over 30 appearances for Unai Emery's side, but with the Spanish outfit known to be a selling club of late - they sold Jesus Navas to Manchester City and it looks like Alvaro Negredo may also leave - Mourinho will be hoping they do the same with the starlet. Kondogbia is currently a member of the French U-20 side who are one of the favourites to win that age-groups World Cup in Turkey which starts on Friday, and clearly has his best years in front of him. He could join a host of young, up-and-coming midfielders at Stamford Bridge this summer by lining up alongside Oscar and Marko Marin as Chelsea gradually build themselves a solid core of youthful players as they prepare for years to come.
